Alice is an Assistant Psychologist with three years' experience in health care and criminal justice settings. This includes community, hospital, and research settings. She has worked with individuals with mental illness, substance misuse and personality disorder. She has also previously worked as a behavioural assistant with individuals who have a diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). Alice has completed research in Case Formulation for the Offender Personality Disorder Pathway as well as in Neurodegenerative Diseases.
Alice's current role involves working on the Mental Health Treatment Requirement (MHTR), which supports individuals who are currently serving a community sentence and have low-moderate mental health needs. Her role includes assessing for the treatment requirement, and further completing 1:1 mental health interventions.
