Lucy is a High Intensity Treatment Manager at HMP Rye Hill with four years of experience. During this time, she has worked with people with a diverse range of needs and has developed her expertise in working with neurodiversity. Lucy has experience in delivering and managing high-intensity accredited offender behaviour interventions.
