Kirsten is a Registered Forensic Psychologist with six years of experience working within the adult-male prison setting. During this time, Kirsten has completed psychological risk and personality assessments to aid decision making by the Parole Board; Provided psychological consultation to other professionals within the prison, supporting both policy and practice; Worked as part of multi-disciplinary teams to support effective risk management of men with complex needs and challenging behaviours; and been involved in the delivery and treatment management of accredited offending behaviour programmes.
